FLO-LOC ~ 200 Series

FL 200

This basic seismic switch is tripped and armed (reset) manually, allowing you to close and reopen a rotational valve from the sensor location, either to exercise the valve or to reopen the valve after a seismic shutdown. Sensor "Arm/Trip" status may be read via SCADA but no remote operation is possible. Note: the FL200 is available only with the SS1001 Seismic Sensor.

FL 201

The addition of solenoids to the FL200 Seismic Switch allow it to be operated remotely via SCADA as well as manually at the site. The FL201 Seismic Switch, in combination with the FP3200 Valve Actuator and PP5200 Power Supply, constitutes the FL201 System - far and away our most popular and cost-effective seismic protection package.

FL 202

Specifically designed to operate control (altitude) valves, this is an FL201 with the addition of a pair of 7amp. batteries. These power a three-way latching solenoid in the valve's pilot system providing immediate valve closure in the event of a severe seismic event.
